Ah... 1 year anniversary... yaay!! WAY TO GO!! we rock ... we rule... we love... we lasted... HAPPY 1 year anniversary weetheart....

well sad that he aint here... but... at least we did celebrated before he leave...

This is sickening, maybe i realise how i gain my 3kgs. FAST FOOD AND DESSERTS~~~ shites...ulimate combo that killed me immediately...alternate days, the guys from office will head to Mac Donalds, then the rest will be eating desserts at food court. DAMN... no wonder... and guess wat... i just finished the meal... MAC Meal.... Aiyoooo... this cant be happening... i should really really STAY away from it!!! DAMN!!!

I cant belief it, after staying away from MAC for the longest time, i actually went back to it, and worst, having more than ever, 3 times or twice a week!! THIS IS SO WRONG!!

damn... n on top of that, friends said that the more I gym, I wont loss weight, i will gain mass and will weigh even more!!! URGH!!! this is so contradicting~~ gym also cannot, dont gym also cannot... tell me ... tell me how?
